Individual Therapy

I offer individual telehealth therapy for those located in Washington state.

Supervision

I provide supervision for other therapists - focused on Person Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy.

Billing

  • I currently accept, and am in network with, the following insurances:

  • I accept private pay at a rate of 120 dollars for a 1 hour session.

  • I offer supervision at a rate of 100 dollars per hour.
