Services

I offer individual telehealth therapy for those located in Washington state.

I provide supervision for other therapists - focused on Person Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy.

I currently accept, and am in network with, the following insurances:
Premera Blue Cross
Regence Blue Shield
Cigna
Aetna
Ambetter
I accept private pay at a rate of 120 dollars for a 1 hour session.
I offer supervision at a rate of 100 dollars per hour.
